

Main areas of focus include: front float without support, back float without support, front float with kick, back float with kick, arm and leg action without support, and submerging independently. All students must have passed Preschool Level 1 or have their swimming ability verified by one of our instructors prior to enrolling in the class. The class continues the learn to swim progression that students learned in the Preschool Level 1 class. This course is designed for the intermediate level swimmer at the preschool age (4 to 5 years old). Main areas of focus include: overcoming anxiety of being in the water, beginning breath control, beginning arm and leg action on front and back, front float with support, back float with support, supported front float with kick, supported back float with kick and jump in progression. The class provides an introduction to learn to swim progression. This course is designed for the first time swimmer at the preschool age (4 to 5 years old).

Primary areas of focus include: supported back float progression, supported front float, rolling from front to back, supported arm and leg movements, comfortability in the water while socializing and having fun. This class is for parents and young swimmers ages 18 months to 3 years old. Primary areas of focus include: supported back float progression, supported front float, rolling from front to back, supported jump in progression and most definitely socialization and fun. This class is for parents and young swimmers ages 6 months to 18 months old.
